The Best Crispy Baked Pork Shoulder
Ingredients:
- 5 lbs pork shoulder, bone-in
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions:
Start by heating the oven up to 450F 232C
Use paper towels to dry off the pork shoulder and get rid of any extra water
Salt, pepper, smoked paprika, dried thyme, onion powder, and olive oil should all be mixed together in a small bowl to make a rub
