Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry Delish



A delicious and easy-to-make Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry recipe that's perfect for a quick weeknight dinner. Tender slices of beef, fresh broccoli, and a flavorful sauce come together in this Asian-inspired dish.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb thinly sliced beef
  • 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and ginger

Set aside

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat

Add minced garlic and saut for 30 seconds, or until fragrant

Add the thinly sliced beef to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, or until it's no longer pink

Remove the beef from the skillet and set it aside

In the same skillet, add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, or until they start to turn bright green and become tender

Return the cooked beef to the skillet with the broccoli

Pour the sauce mixture over the beef and broccoli

Stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce thickens and coats the beef and broccoli evenly

If desired, sprinkle with red pepper flakes for some heat, and season with salt and pepper to taste

Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles
