No Carb Cheese Crackers
These no-carb cheese crackers are perfect for anyone following a keto diet or looking for a low-carb snack option. They're easy to make and incredibly tasty!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions:
Start by heating the oven to 350F 175C
Put parchment paper on the bottom of a baking sheet
Shred the cheddar cheese, grate the Parmesan cheese, and mix the garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika together in a bowl
Place small balls of the cheese mixture on the baking sheet that has been prepared, leaving space between each ball
Flatten each hill out into a thin circle
After the oven is hot, bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and crispy
Take it out of the oven and let it cool down for a few minutes
