Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of cashews
  • 1 cup of unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup of almond butter
  • 1/4 cup of raw cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup of maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup of coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • A pinch of sea salt

Instructions:

A square baking dish measuring 8 by 8 inches 20 by 20 cm should be lined with parchment paper, with some overhang on the sides for ease of removal

Cashews, almond butter, shredded coconut, raw cacao powder, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and a dash of sea salt should all be combined in a food processor

Process until a sticky dough is formed and all ingredients are well combined

Press the dough firmly to create a smooth layer in the baking dish that has been prepared

To firm up, place the dish in the refrigerator and chill for at least one hour

After the bars are set, remove them from the dish by using the overhanging parchment paper

Cut the chilled mixture into the desired size bars or squares

To maintain freshness, keep the Paleo Chocolate Coconut Cashew Bars refrigerated in an airtight container

Have fun!
