Pumpkin Cake Pops
Ingredients:
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cups cake mix vanilla or spice
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 20 cake pop sticks
- Orange food coloring optional
- Sprinkles or decorations optional
Instructions:
Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up
Pour the pumpkin puree, cake mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and pumpkin spice into a bowl
Mix everything together well
Pour the batter into a cake pop mold
Bake for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck into a cake pop comes out clean
Let the cake pops cool all the way down
To melt the white chocolate chips, put the bowl in the microwave and stir the chips every 30 seconds until the mixture is smooth
If you want, you can add orange food coloring
Each cake pop should have a cake pop stick carefully put into it
To cover each cake pop completely, dip it into the melted white chocolate
Let the extra chocolate run off
Put the decorations or sprinkles on the cake pops while the chocolate is still wet
To let the chocolate set, put the cake pops on their sides in a foam block or cake pop stand
Your pumpkin cake pops are ready to eat once the chocolate has set
